BANGOR – The Bangor Police Department and Texas Roadhouse will host a Tip-a-Cop evening at Texas Roadhouse on Friday, Nov. 20 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. to benefit Special Olympics Maine.
Police Officers will assist restaurant staff to wait on tables and will accept “tips” frim customers. The money will go to help provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
