WESTBROOK - Police are investigating a fatal stabbing that occurred in Westbrook on April 21.
A 40-year-old man was killed and 27-year-old woman wounded in the stabbing incident. The Maine State Police and Westbrook Police have released photos of the man wanted for questioning in connection with last night's stabbing death. The man is known by the street name "B K, " and is described as a black man, about 5-foot 8-inches tall and weighing about 200 pounds. He also has the word "LIFE" tattooed on his left fingers. It is believed he got a ride following the stabbing and was dropped off along Washington Ave. in Portland. Anyone with information on his identity and whereabouts is asked to call State Police in Gray at 657-3030 or 911 on a cell phone
The two photos are from the assailant's cell phone which was left behind in the apartment following the stabbing.
